The parking restrictions are in effect from April 1st to September 30th of each year between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. in the designated districts. A Snow emergency is in effect for the City of Manitowoc for Thursday, March 24th. No parking is allowed on any city streets from 1 am – 6 am Thursday morning. Citations will be issued to snow emergency parking violators.
