Campaign Finance Law places limits on the amount of money a candidate can accept from individuals and Political Action Committees (PACs) in a calendar year, and also requires certain information be collected regarding contributors for reporting purposes.
CONTRIBUTION LIMITS FOR MANITOWOC CITY COUNCIL:
INDIVIDUAL: $250.00 per calendar year
*Donations of $20 – $100.00 require contributor’s name and address
*Donations over $100.00 require contributor’s name, contributor’s address, employer and employer’s address.
PAC: $200.00 per calendar year
