This news is coming a bit late. On Monday, May 2nd, the Common Council unanimously approved Mayor Nickels’ Standing Committee appointments for 2011-2012.
My standing committee assignments remain the same (Finance, Parks & Recreation, and Public Utilities & Licensing). This year I will serve as Vice-Chair of Parks & Recreation which includes serving on the Zoological Society Board. I will no longer be serving on the Community Development Authority, but remain on the Sustainability Committee as well as the Library Board as that is a three-year term that expires in July of 2013.
